A minimalist altar to the joy of reading.

by Tracy Ann Koch

Most paperback books’ dimensions follow international standards. This observation served as the stimulus to design minimalist shelving scaled to the depth set by these standards. Avid collectors of specific publishing brands such as Penguin, can be a delight to arranging broad swatches of orange and turquoise blue spines in abstract patterns. Pocket allows users to create their very own wall art feature using lovingly thumbed copies of their favorite paperbacks. This minimalist altar to the joy of reading was designed by Helena Allard & Cecillia Falk.
