Manhattan gallery owner Sean Kelly and his wife bought a 16-acre plot north of NYC because of its spectacular Hudson Valley views. He envisioned building a house that, like a work of art, would reveal itself gradually and in unexpected ways. Toshiko Mori, the Manhattan architect and Harvard architect professor is known for creating buildings that are at once delicate-looking and intensely practical. Conveniently he is also a long life time friend of the couples.
